We are a locally owned company specializing in new fence block and paver installations for new build homes throughout the Valley since 1997. We work directly with home builders to deliver quality masonry and hardscape work for residential communities.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a General Office Assistant to join our team!
This role supports our daily operations by managing starts, placing orders, checking messages and keeping projects organized. If you’re detail-oriented, bilingual, and have great communication skills we’d love to hear from you.
Part time, Monday - Friday 20-24 hours per week. Office hours 8am-4pm
Responsibilities:
Enter and organize data in scheduling & ordering systems
Print, file, and distribute documents to field crews and management
Perform general office duties (data entry, filing, scanning, etc.)
Answer incoming calls and route messages appropriately
Communicate effectively with internal teams and builder representatives
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Good typing and computer skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask
Basic understanding of masonry or paver work a plus but not necessary
