Our Consulting office JVM CONSULTING LLC, is starting to pick up and in need of a new assistant and team. We mainly specialize in sales over the phones but depending upon the job it varies on what were doing.Credit card offers, lower interest, magazines, saltwater corals, leopard geckos, Business and personal finance Consulting. ect.

(Whats needed) is these tasks completed Daily/weekly:
Personal assistant's (1 or 2 seat's depending on overload)
Sale Representative's ( 3 Seats )
Marketing Representative's (2 seats )
Customer service Representative (1 seat )
Floor leader/Office manager Hired within. (1 Seat)

Answering calls, Sales, Computer notes, drafts, editing ,payroll help, booking sales, client management, business lunch's, local traveling, (out of state depending on the job) answering phones, employee management data entry and other small office jobs. Office clean up and Organization. Social media advertising on our Facebook page and pretty much anything else needed at the time that involves , HR-Secretary-Admin-Personal assist work and the entire office team. Sales, Marketing, Customers service tasks.

This is a full time job and may require 2 admin/secretary's As well as the entire office team. We will start with 2 (secretary's ) and see how it work out.
This is a tough job and we do not want to over load anybody. Being said, Its also a nice job,relaxed and friendly. Most Days spent jamming out and playing with ocean life swimming in the tank.

*Ability to feel comfortable asking questions and open to learning
*The ability to make decisions and problem-solve
**Pass a background check or Have a social media account to verify (Face book)
