Indus Design Imports is a one of a kind furniture and home décor wholesaler. We are a family run company out of Mesa, Arizona. We specialize in one of a kind furniture imported from all corners of the Globe. Our wholesale operation sells to local and national Interior Designers and stores.
We are looking for someone to help with basic data entry and various administrative duties
Job Description:
This position requires data entry of purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices. You will also be expected to answer phones, field customer questions, and assist in any front office work. Additional warehouse duties include tagging inventory and checking off out-going orders.
Responsibilities
Inputting purchase orders into the inventory system
Entry of sales orders and issuing invoices
Responding to customer inquiries and assisting them as necessary
Monitor various email accounts that include online stores
Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Engage with customers or clients
Operate phone and email lines when necessary
General inventory duties such as counting and tagging.
Qualifications / Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft office suit and basic inventory management
Customer service experience required
Online engagement
Verbal communication
Organization
Professionalism
Customer focus
Interior Design or Retail experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to multitask, plan, and schedule
