We are a small, local, and family-owned air conditioning and heating contractor in Mesa. Our company has been in business for over 50 years. We are looking for a parts and inventory specialist to join our team!
Parts & Inventory Duties Overview
· Research and order equipment and special parts.
· Maintain and order stock parts.
· Operate forklift, unload distributors trucks and properly store items being delivered.
· Pull reorder reports and maintain stock on technicians trucks and appropriate stock levels in warehouses.
· Process purchase orders for equipment and stock items, verify quantities and bill in the system.
· Address pricing discrepancies with TM, track credits.
· Maintain clean yard; make sure parts are put away, trash bins are emptied, driveway clear of debris.
· Run parts to job sites or special part order pickups/deliveries.
· Maintain fleet and service records.
· Inventory verification monthly.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years’ Parts & Inventory experience, HVAC industry a plus.
- Experience with DESCO a plus but not required.
- Be a team player that demonstrates responsibility and leadership.
- Professional appearance with outstanding customer service skills.
- MUST HAVE FORKLIFT CERTIFICATION.
- MUST PASS A DRUG TEST & BACKGROUND CHECK.
- MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
Pay Structure: $24.00/HR
