Job Responsibilities:
-Greet visitor with a friendly and professional demeanor
-Answer incoming call promptly (within 2 rings) and direct inquiries appropriately
-Provide accurate information and assist with client questions.
-Confirm all contact information is correct in the system (for customers)
-Maintain organization and cleanliness of reception and common areas.
-Manage incoming and outgoing cam and deliveries
-Perform data entry, filling scanning and document management
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email providing accurate information and assistance.
-Create routes based on technician and house location.
dispatch technicians to job site, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to complete their tasks.
-Monitor service progress and communicate update to customers addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interaction, service requests, and technician assignment in the company database.
-Maintain a positive attitude under pressure and respond flexibly to scheduling and logistical changes.
Job Requirements
-Knowledge of HVAC dispatching (2+yrs)
-Knowledge of different equipment a plus.
-Available to work full or part time
-Be a team player that demonstrates responsibility.
-Professional appearance with outstanding customer service stills.
-MUST PASS A DRUG TEST & BACKGROUND CHECK
