Title: Front Office Coordinator Intern
Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: 25–35 hours per week (Summer Internship)
Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator Intern to support daily office operations. This role is the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors, and plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.
This internship is ideal for someone interested in administrative support, customer service, or office operations, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Greet and assist walk-in candidates, clients, and visitors
Conduct basic phone screens using provided scripts
Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal systems/records
Support accounting and payroll functions with data entry and administrative tasks
Assist with basic social media support (posting, monitoring engagement, etc.)
Provide general administrative and customer service support as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment

Compensation
