Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpret complex business documents including customer purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
• Responsible for database management including creating new work orders, monitoring and updating existing projects, and adding any contracts/SOW/quote/source file attachments for future reference.
• Review work orders for completeness according to Statement of Work/Job Type requirements, interface with customers or other functional areas as needed to obtain the required information.
• Assist in the creation and management of production timelines across various project and functional groups to meet customer demand.
• Provide client support for invoicing. This includes creating and maintaining invoice data and systems, working with accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies, and answering general questions from the client.
• First point of contact and account management for assigned customer accounts.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships and interactions, including providing job production updates, responding to questions or concerns during processing, providing accurate shipping information, emailing electronic deliverables to clients when necessary, and client follow up.
• Create and provide customer quotes and estimates of work within one business day of client's request.
• Monitor and coordinate management of work orders, resolving client-related issues, updating schedules and status as required.
• Assist with other projects as required.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in a client interaction role.
• Organizational and administrative skills, strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate both internally and externally ("client facing").
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
• Strong written/verbal communication and data presentation skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing concepts.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Customer Service experience
• Previous experience in a client interaction role.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG)
