Customer Service Responsibilities:
• Processing orders
• Communicating via email and phones
• Troubleshooting order issues
• Schedule deliveries
• Address issues with product
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
• Ability to handle inbound calls and respond professionally to emails
• Comfortable with data entry and typing
• Comfortable working with multiple monitors
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Experience in an office setting
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $15/hour, Get paid every Friday!
