B&G Auto Sales is a growing Buy Here Pay Here dealership based in Mesa with locations expanding across Arizona. We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Title Clerk to own the paperwork side of every deal. If a transposed VIN number keeps you up at night, you're our person.
What you'll do
●Process titles, registrations, and liens accurately and on time through AZ MVD
●Prepare and audit all deal paperwork — BHPH contracts, odometer disclosures, buyer's guides
●Issue temporary registration permits and track 30-day expirations
●Manage title and lien releases; follow up on outstanding titles
●Maintain organized deal jackets and digital records
●Communicate with customers, lenders, and MVD to resolve title issues
●Obsessive attention to detail — errors here cost real money
