Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Valley Wide Plastering, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized in office (7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) Customer Service Representative. Our New Office is currently under construction, so we are working in Office Trailers for the next few months.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Answer in coming phone calls serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, responding professionally
and empathetically.
• Schedule on time repairs, punches, warranty, buyer walks, etc. to the customer’s request.
• Develop in-depth scope of work and product knowledge providing accurate information to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while maintaining a positive brand image for the company.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
• A high school diploma or equivalent, an associate’s degree is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations.
• Construction experience is a plus.
