Smart Systems Technologies is a low voltage technology integrator specializing in the new home market. We are looking to hire an office assistant who is energetic, organized, good at multitasking and detail oriented. MUST be proficient and accurate in Excel and Microsoft Word. Great Plains experience is a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting with payroll
Maintaining documents and filing
General office tasks as needed
The ideal applicant should:
Work well under pressure
Possess an ability to meet strict deadlines
Be highly dependable and punctual
Be an effective communicator both over the phone and with email
