Rehoming German Shepherd - Low Rehoming Fee (Apache Junction)

We are trying to rehome him as I have been unable to find new employment since being laid off a year ago and am now pregnant unexpectedly (which is making getting a new job harder). I have held off as long as possible for rehoming him in the hopes that I’d find new employment and be able to afford his care.
He would be best in a single dog home as he is a bit weird about some dogs (he was attacked as a puppy and he is fine with some dogs but isn’t fine with others and there doesn’t seem to be a pattern to which dogs he isn’t a fan of.) he also does great with cats.
