3 year old lab and rottweiler mix needs a forever home (Chandler)

We are looking to rehome Oso to a good home. He is fixed and around 3 years old. He is a sweet boy, but it takes him a long time to get comfortable with people. He is crate trained, does not pull on walks and knows heel, and he loves to play and chew on toys. He also knows a few tricks: sit, lay, spin, and rollover. But, he can be destructive if left unattended, skiddish, and barks at people he doesn't know. He needs a lot more training and time than we can provide him unfortunately. He is not recommended for a house with small children or other pets until he has had more training.
