Sweet older kitty

This is important. He really needs to be an only kitty. He does fine with dogs but he gets very nervous and upset with other cats. He's great with people.
We are located in Gilbert off of Val Vista and Guadalupe.
We are asking a small rehoming fee of $40 to ensure his safety.
Please, only serious people. Please don't waste my time or yours. I am not going to waive the fee as I want to make sure that whoever decides to take him will be able to have money to pay for him and his needs.
