12 used tubs with air holes, extras for $2 ea
I think you can get the tubs at Walmart, Target, Home Depot (search walmart 859199139)

(2) large 10-tub racks
38w x 39h x 27.5d
11 used tubs with air holes, 2 or 3 that are a little beat up
Not sure if you can get the same tubs any more, but you can shop around, add spacers or move the shelves.
