Includes the wiring harness and all brackets and accessories and computer along with the cats / exhaust system.
Ran perfect when the truck was wrecked but a small chunk of aluminum from the throttle body got sucked down the intake manifold. Simple fix. Once it's pulled, the heads would need to be popped off and then the chunk of aluminum taken out.
It's only about a 2-hour job once the engine is out.
I'll include the head gaskets etc to do the job with.
