These Vortec 5.7 engines run fantastic with just a four-barrel carburetor and HEI distributor. They are Factory roller cam and have a high flow cylinder head on them.. All accessories are included.
Still in the truck so you can compression check if you'd like. You will need to pull. I cannot because I'm disabled. I have an A-frame chain hoist on site that you can use to lift it out of the truck.
