This 99 Suburban 350 engine includes Edelbrock headers.
It is still in the vehicle so I posted a picture from Google. The picture is not the actual engine.
The heads look fresh on it so I assume that the whole engine was built. I don't know any specifications about the internals. You can come inspect it.
You would need to pull the engine. It comes complete with the EFI intake manifold or an aluminum four barrel intake that will bolt right on with an Edelbrock carburetor and an HEI distributor for only $250 more.
