1406 Edelbrock four barrel electric choke carburetor.
It is been sitting for a few years so it might work but you might want to put a kit in it.
Please don't ask me what it was on or what it will fit because it is a square flange ( same as most Holley carburetors) carburetor and you can Google it
Comes complete as shown with electric choke.
