This is used to add a 2in hitch receiver to the back of your trailer or 5th wheel. For using a hitch cargo carrier or in some states, you can town a 2nd trailer as long as the first one is a 5th wheel, or gooseneck. Or use for anything with a box, C, or I frame up to 72in wide.

Instructions say it's missing some hardware, But from what I can see, the only thing missing is some nuts. There's 4 bolts on each side, and then 2 (or one if you get a longer bolt) that connect the end pieces to the square tube. Meaning you'll need 8 bolts, and 8 nuts, and 16 of the "washer/rectangle" pieces for mounting to the frame, and 2 longer or 4 shorter bolts and 2/4 nuts. You will need 1 more carriage bolt if you do 4 bolts on the tube to end bracket.

Included is 11 bolts, 7 nuts, 21 washer/rectangle pieces.
