I can't recall exactly what years this fits. I believe late 1960's - early 1980's are all similar. I've had it stored in my garage for around 40 years and it's beyond time to clear out stuff!
It's mostly complete as shown and very solid. 35 1/2" overall length. I also have the turn lever that goes with it (not shown in pics)
