This is not the Taj mahal, so if you're expecting perfection don't waste my time or yours. We have gone through we have made this place livable there are still a few things that need to be done. Leaving a lot of things open for your own personal touches. This is set in a family park that have the amenities such as gated community, swimming pool, clubhouse, dog area and on site laundry. Very nice neighbors and has really been cleaned up. We are very close to walmart, safeway, AutoZone, Starbucks and other fast food places etc. Lot rent is $640 per month plus water sewer and garbage. We cannot carry this home nor can we do a rent to own as this is all owner occupied residences. Animals are permitted with the exceptions as normal.
