I have 2 parcels for sale located in an area called Silver Bell Estates, in Eloy, Arizona. This is for lot 84 and its 3.34 acres. This parcel is on the corner of West Aries Drive and Hennies Rd. The land is flat with a scattering of trees, great horse property. The land has power to it on the south-west side, there is no water to the land (well or private water have to be used). We bought this land at a much higher price. But due to the times and that we have moved to the Arizona White mountains. We are selling this parcel of land for, $51,500 now $49500. This is about $15,994 now $14821 an acre. We also own lot 105, which is connected on the south border. This lot is 3.22 acers, see separate listing. These 2 parcels are connected on the north/south boundary line, so making them one parcel would be easy. This land has great views looking at the Saw Tooth and the Silver Bell Mountains. There are custom homes to the west with their own private airport. To the south across Aries Drive is a development of 1-acre parcels.
