My name is Chris and i am a Carpenter/Project Mgr/ Superintendent looking for a position here in the Phoenix area after recently relocating from out of state. I have over 2 decades of building experience, the most recent 10 yrs of which has been running my own GC company specializing in full scale remodels, added value additions & flips. I have extensive experience in contract execution as well as all phases of the "remodeling business". I read blueprints, organize subs as well as in house field crews, organize gantt charts, scheduling, material take offs, , budgeting, sub contract negotiations, and all other aspects both administratively, and in the field.
