SQL Developer: SQL Server, or ANSI SQL environment (Ahwatukee)

Hi there,

I work full time (from home) doing SQL Server development. I've done a fair amount of ETL (SSIS) packages as well as table structure and design, in my current role, I mostly just code T-SQL queries and procedures for ad-hoc reporting of all kinds.

My skills are very solid (15 yr). As a rule, I avoid using the term "expert" because SQL Server is a very deep subject, and one can spend a life long pursuit in mastering it, and usually does. But generally speaking, T-SQL (MS Sql Server), ETL packages (in SSIS), report-building in SQL, as well as expert-level Microsoft Office Excel Macro (VBA) automation (which can automate just about ANYTHING windows), is my main skillset. Access databases too, especially for front-end only.

I pursue code that is easy to read, proper, scalable (if appropriate) and performant. And of course, accurate.

I have plenty of experience in helping people work through what their requirements are if need be, which is possible once I understand your data structures - or if I am given a bit of time to do exploratory queries once they present me with their general objective.

I'm looking for part time, hourly, SQL work. Mostly targeting Microsoft SQL Server (or Azure, the code is about the same), but would be open to another database environment as long as I can write the code in ANSI sql, or close to it, as that's universal.

Let me know! Thanks,
Isaac
