What You’ll Do:
Grind beef to company standards—consistently and efficiently
Package and box product accurately and ready for delivery
Keep your work area clean and up to sanitation standards
Help the team stay on track to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to lift 60+ lbs repeatedly (including overhead into grinders)
Able to stay on your feet and maintain a steady pace throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail—quality matters here
Reliable and on time—your team is counting on you
Quick learner who can take direction and run with it
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to step up when things get busy
Experience:
Experience preferred, but we will train the right person with a strong work ethic
Schedule
Tuesday–Saturday
2:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (or until work is completed)
Pay & Benefits:
Starting at $20.00/hour (higher based on experience)
