Looking for housing ASAP

My two bestfriends & I are moving from Oregon. We are wanting to be in Phoenix by the 25th of July. Looking for any availability for 3-4 bedrooms with a pool, $2000-$2800 a month. Preferably in Mesa area or anything within 40 minutes will be considered. We all have great rental history and one of us owns our own home. We do have two Sphynx cats and one elderly mutt dog. We can pay the deposit, first month’s and prorated amount for July as soon as the lease is signed. We are extremely respectful and appreciate any consideration.
