Looking for country rental min. 4 beds 3 baths, pool is nice but not necessary. We have great rental history and credentials.
Need a min of a 2 year lease maybe more, never been late on, or missed a rental payment. Looking for $3500 a month. Will consider smaller house if there is a casita or something that gets us to that 4 bed 3 bath combined. Let me know what you have, looking for mid January.
