Small Cozy beautiful little home on the outskirts of the Mesa area, in the East Valley. Outside the bustle of the metro area but still within a 10-15 min drive. Access to many things nearby such as groceries, gas, etc. Room is quiet and stays nice and cool, small closet and a shared bathroom. House is tobacco friendly outside and no smoking inside of any kind. Dogs and Cats do reside at this home so you must be an animal lover. We do limit guests, this is a quiet space typically and are not looking for partiers, drug users, etc. Please be responsible, be employed, and have cleanliness skills. I tend do cook meals for everyone. The individuals at this home are like a tight knit little family and are looking for someone long term that will be a good fit.rent is 750 month 200 security and if you become long term the rent does go up juat slightly in summer to compensate for electricity.
