Previous roommate for just over 3 years and is moving to her daughter's. Roommate can be as young as 40.
This is a beautiful 1800+ sq ft home. $900 monthly rent with a deposit of $450.
High speed internet and utilities are included. I do need first and last month’s rent, I might be willing to stretch out the last month's rent.
You will have access to all parts of the home, including laundry room, except the master bedroom area, including washer and dryer.

Must like dogs as I have 2 small very friendly ones that don't shed or bark much.
Female or Male are ok.
