Share modern, large , open, clean and well kept 4 bedroom house , Includes all utilities - gas, electric, water, sewer, Wireless High-Speed Internet and included paid UTube TV subscription. I have a cleaning person come to the house once a week so you only have to worry about cleaning up in the kitchen after you cook and your bedroom. Close to the Tonto National Forest and the Superstition Mountains for hiking, fishing camping or tubing down the Salt River or Saguro and Canyon Lakes. So much pretty nature nearby yet less than 2 miles from a 24 hour Super Walmart, the biggest Fry's store in the state and LA Fitness plus lots of restaurants.

In the room you will have your own DVR and TV. You also have a mini refrigerator and freezer plus a microwave in the room.There is a large freezer and fridge with filtered water and ice maker in the kitchen with lots of room for your food items. Also a covered porch, big fully furnished kitchen and large washer and dryer in the house. I keep the house cool about 70 degrees. No worries about having to sweat it out here like some other places just to save a few dollars. There is a newer shed in the backyard that you can store extra items in. The room is nice sized with matching furniture.

I do work a lot of hours and I am easy going and drama free. Looking for a stable, professional type person like myself who is working full time at least 40 hours a week. As much as I love pets, I can’t have any in my house due to my allergies so unfortunately, I have to say no to any pets. For the same reason I have to have only 100% nonsmokers all the time.
