4 bedroom vaulted high ceilings and open non cluttered modern house.... includes all utilities - gas, electric, water, sewer, Wireless High-Speed Internet in a safe , quiet neighborhood . It’s a 10 minute drive to two 24 hour Super Walmarts, LA fitness, lots of restaurants yet close to hiking trails and the salt river tubing, Canyon and Saguaro Lake area in the Tonto National Forest . The room is furnished and includes a large TV, microwave and miniature freezer refrigerator and a comfortable bed . The room also includes many TV channels with the included internet UtubeTV subscription. You also have use of the newer appliances in the kitchen and use of the pool table in the family room. There is a large washer and separate large dryer inside the house out of the heat and also a covered back porch . I have a cleaning person and landscape person all come on a regular basis which is also included in the rent. You only have to worry about your room and cleaning up your dishes etc. when you use the kitchen or bathroom. I keep the house cool about 72 degrees year round . No sweating it out just to save a few dollars here 😊

I do work a lot of hours and I am easy going and drama free. Looking for a stable, professional type person like myself and who is also working full time away from the house like me. As much as I love pets, I can’t have any in the house due to allergies so unfortunately no pets allowed and no smoking anywhere on the property. Thanks a bunch .. hope to talk to you soon. Bill 😊
