Going up stairs hurts my knees so I’m forced to live downstairs in the living room, but all my clothes and clutter are put away.
I will be sleeping on the downstairs couch.
I’m really easy to live with and I was in the Navy.
For right now I sleep at my close relatives place most nights to help with a baby overnight.
Looking for someone easy-going thats wants to share my condo with me.
I don’t care if you play video games loud lol.
The loft overlooks the downstairs so it’s not complete privacy, but we can make a barrier if you want. This is a great place if u work from home.

I like to clean, and go out sometimes. I can hold a conversation and party, or fine just chilling by myself.
Pros:
I’ll keep the kitchen and downstairs clean. But if you cook food you must clean your pots n pans.
I’ll keep the downstairs nice it won’t look like I’m living there.
Travertine in bath/shower, private laundry.
You can have the carport parking space.
Pool spa and walking distance to bars, stores, gas stations, bus lines.
Close to the Chandler mall.
Pets ok. Couples ok.
Cons: please, no partys.
I live in the living room and might have the tv on at night, but I don’t snore lol.
I smoke green if u think that’s a bad thing.
Your room is a loft so there’s no wall separating us just your upstairs, but we can make a temporary wall for more privacy if you want.
