Wife got a promotion in Utah so big house is empty. I have a great job here and we have no kids and want to hold on to the house. Room for rent in Gilbert off of Higley and Pecos. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. You would have your own bedroom, pool and hot tub, huge kitchen, and there is a big family room that no one uses with great tv.

Looking for long term renter (males only). You would have lots of space and peace and quiet. There is another male who rents one of the rooms that you would share a bathroom with - each having your own sink and drawers. He is very quiet, clean, and very easy to get along with. He works a lot too. Everyone does their own thing, and you won't see each other much.

Washer and dryer and big utility room. Formal living and dining room. The house is very very clean, very beautiful, in a fantastic neighborhood.

Rent would be $625 a month plus a third of the utilities which is about $175 but in summer it is about $50 more due to air conditioning.! Includes high speed internet, cable, Netflix, Max, and Prime, Hulu, etc.

Zip code is 85297 and we are close to EVERYTHING. SanTan Village 2 miles away. Great location!
