I am looking for male roommates. I have a rooms for $1000 been doing some remodeling in this beautiful home with fresh paint ,wiring ,windows , sun screens ,dry wall ,ceiling fans and I'm just had 3 brand new ac units installed with new duct work and attic installation to keep the house nice and cool for the summer I keep the house at 70 degrees. I also have a maid who comes once a month and deep cleans the house and bathrooms. This home features 7 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and the Outside features built in garage for 2 vehicles and a half acre pie shaped lot with a private pool and spa which has a slide and swim under grotto with a water fall and diving board. Huge covered patio with grass area. Inside features large porcelain tile floors as you walk into the forya entry. Living and dining rooms with a remodeled kitchen with a huge granite center island with seating. Separate kitchen nook that leads into the family room off the back of the home and many more. All that I ask is that you’re respectful to me and the other roommates and that you pay your rent on time and communicate.
