Smart thermostat with A/C, our home is nice and fresh during the hot summer here in AZ. You’ll share bathroom for now. Room is upstairs. With beautiful laundry room (washer and dryer) right across the hall way from your room. Also a ceiling fan in every room, including yours. Smart door lock. Wifi.
So many restaurants, Fry’s, Target, gas ect all only 1 mile away. Street parking. You have access to the kitchen. Home has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Looking for someone mature, responsible, respectful, clean, good job and not hopping from job to job (professional), to secure rent cost.

-$800 a month for rent (i am happy to prorate if you have a situation and need to move asap)
