Room for rent It is 100 sqft. 850.00 Nice, clean, furnished and quiet and shared bathroom, for rent in 1600 sqft home. Close to the 202. 2-3 people are currently living in the house at this time. I have three dogs. All utilities included, water/sewer/trash, electric, internet. Use of kitchen, laundry, living room and grille, smoker and pizza oven. Nice closet. I do the house cleaning with the exception of the the bedrooms/bathroom rented. There are two full size refrigerators. There is plenty of pantry space. Deposit goes toward last month's rent. We have a pool, hot tub and garden and nice outdoor areas. Smoking outside allowed.

No pets. 850.00 for 1 Person. No couples.
First and last months rent needed before moving in. That means 1700.00 to move in. I will work with the right person with this.
Redecorating of room is allowed and I will pay for paint, curtains and fixtures that stay.
