The Room
A spacious ~230 sq ft master bedroom with a fully private en-suite bathroom — your own personal space, shared with no one.
Included: All utilities (electric, water, gas, Google Fiber), washer/dryer in a dedicated laundry room, full access to common areas, and monthly professional cleaning of shared spaces.
Rent: $900/month — intentionally below the current Mesa market. We're not looking to maximize rent; we're looking to maximize the quality of our household.
Lease Terms: 6-month lease, 30-day notice to vacate, $900 security deposit. Available July 1.
Our Home is consistently clean, organized, and quiet. One of us (a physicist) works from home, so daytime is calm and professional. Kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces are kept to a high standard at all times, and we expect the same from anyone who lives here.
Who We're Looking For
A working professional, grad student, or similarly responsible adult who is quiet, self-sufficient, and keeps both personal and shared spaces clean. Stable income and solid rental history required.
