We have a beautiful furnished room and full bathroom available for rent in our 2200 Sq. Ft. semi custom home.
The home is located in a very quiet and safe area of NE Mesa (Power Rd/McDowell Rd) and is close to bus lines, grocery stores, and entertainment.
The bedroom comes with the following amenities:
Queen size bed, pillows and linens.
Private bathroom.
Personal refrigerator.
Dresser.
High speed WI-FI.
Big screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and many other channels.
Ceiling fan.
Walk in closet.
The bathroom has a full tub with shower and dual sinks.
These rooms are located in the SE quadrant of the home with only one main entrance making them more private.
The home has a split floorplan adding even more privacy.
Private and secure parking in the driveway with 24 hour video surveillance.
Access to the kitchen and laundry room are also available.
This is a month to month rental agreement and may be terminated by either party with a 30 day written notice.
The rent is $900 a month and includes all utilities.
There is a $300 NON REFUNDABLE security/cleaning deposit.
To qualify for the rooms you must meet the following criteria:
Verifiable full time employment outside of the house.
A working / reliable vehicle.
A picture ID of any of the following:
Driver's license.
State issued ID.
Passport.
The following rules are in place to make sure everyone is living in a peaceful and harmonious environment:
No dogs. (We have a very territorial cat)
No parties or loud music.
No smoking in the house.
(Outside is OK)
No illegal drugs.
No excessive alcohol.
All guests must leave by 10:00 PM.
