Our Home is consistently clean, organized, and quiet. The physicist works from home, so the environment during the day is calm and professional. To maintain our standards without placing the burden on any individual, we have a professional cleaning crew service the common areas of the home on a monthly basis. We take cleanliness and neatness of common areas seriously — kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces are kept to a high standard at all times and we expect the same from anyone who shares this home. This is not a party house. It is a home.

Someone who keeps their personal space and shared spaces clean and organized
A person who is quiet, self-sufficient, and respectful of others' space and schedules
Someone with stable income and solid rental history
Non-smoker — the home is entirely smoke-free inside and out
No pets please
