I'm the homeowner, a 40 something guy originally from Michigan, ASU grad; big fan of live music, hikes, yoga, camping, birding, biking, reading, travel, pickleball, tennis, golf, tea and food from many cultures. I love travel, lately Japan and Eastern Europe. My career is in non-profits and city planning. The other housemate is also a 40 something guy, originally from Virginia, UVA chemistry grad, musician (mainly brass instruments) handyman and runs a restaurant, he has a 9 yo son that visits occasionally.
Plus for students, teachers, medical professionals and current/former military service members.
The house has a full kitchen, washer / dryer, cox high speed internet, fireplace, piano and pool. You'll share the house with one sweet old dog and two considerate guys. Utilities are shared and the security deposit is negotiable.
We are located in a quiet neighborhood with well maintained parks near Higley and the 60; there are several canal trails nearby, great for walks, runs and bike rides. We are also close to the Gilbert Riparian Preserve, Salt River, and Superstition Mountains; exceptional hiking and birding areas.
