House/room:
- 700/month.
- Month to month or one year contract.
- Just the first month and security to start, NO other deposits or ridiculous fees.
- Laundry room.
- Gigablast Internet/WiFi.
Roommate:
- Bathroom will be shared with another female.
- Be able to pass background check.
- NO PETS.
- Have a job/income.
- No "work at home" please.
- 1/3 of electricity bill only, no other bills.
Easy, simple and fair so if you are not genuinely interested, don't waste each other's time please...
