This room is in a very spacious and well located house. All of the rooms in this house are rented out to individuals so everyone needs to respect the other tenants. This room has walk in closet, new tile just laid, and shares a full bathroom with another room. The bathroom is in between and each room has its own entrance. There is a parking space available for applicant. There are washer and dryers in house. All utilities including Wi-Fi are included in cost of the room. You can chose to either rent month to month or do a 3 month lease. They both will cost the same to move in. Move in will be first month rent prorated to the date of move in plus a $20 application fee. The $20 is to pay for the background check which is ran to insure the safety of the property and other tenants. The application will have the background, ask for last 2 years rental history, and proof of income. There are no pets allowed, no exception. The room being rented is for only the person applying. No more the 1 person to room (no couples ect). I can’t tell people who they can or can’t have stay night, this only applies to living with. There is a quiet time from 10pm to 6 am to allow all tenants to not worry about sleep. This just means do not be loud enough to wake people in house. You are still able to cook, watch tv, ect just be aware of noise. This house has ran very smooth for last few years and I get a lot of compliments on how easy it is to live there and co exist with the other people. The room will be occupied until 3 days before move in so will schedule showings on those days. Just be aware that those who apply and are approved will be first considered to hold until move in.
