This area of my home is available for rent for $275/week. This is a nice house with nice people living in it, everybody here is very quiet. We are all adults over the age of 50. None of us use this area of the house.We all have televisions in our bedrooms so this television would be for you only to watch. IT'S A SMART TV.YOU CAN LOOK AT THE APP WHILE YOU'RE WATCHING IT. Most of us are disabled people , physically , and so we don't have guests over or do anything loud or destructive. You can feel comfortable here.
This is an area of my house which is not being used at all , and it's just extra furnishings for me to dust off every weekend, which is hard for me to do.
So for anyone who does not want to get into a long-term obligation or wants to see what it's like before they move in, this is your chance.
My name is Alicia. I am the owner. I am a registered nurse who cannot work anymore due to some physical issues. The other people here are my renters. I keep my house nice and clean and safe.
