My room mate of 5 1/2 years passed away this year. I need someone with an income, but cannot afford to live on their own, can offer help (cleaning, organization, meal preparation, errands) and contribute toward my and your expenses, around $500, anything you get above that would be your money to use as you want. I own my mobile but rent my lot.You do not need a car, but a driver license is necessary and must be a good driver. Iwill pay the gas for errands, etc. If you have one, I can fit 2 in my carport. Food and ammeties is not a problem, but you can contribute if you can. I have a spare room but it needs cleaning. Some yard work is needed, but it is a small area (about 10 x 20 feet). If you can do some handyman work, great, I can hire harder work done. Must like animals, I have a little chihuahua mix dog and 2 cats, they were raised together and get along well.
