Your contribution of $565 will basically only cover some of the utilities,but I like the company.
I also have a gardener, pest control and pool service all included.
This home is close to ASU and the airport. It's across the street from South Mountain with awesome hiking and biking trails around Elliot and 44th St.
This is a month to month lease for a minimum of 6 months.
Of course I'd like to have a roommate that would stay for at least a year.
You must also have a valid driver's license and proof of emploment including a current pay stub and employee identification.
My other male roommate and I are professionals and very nice and considerate.
We are like a family of
friends.
You will share a bathroom with him.
He is a quiet professional banker.
You must be healthy, responsible, gainfully employed, clean, trustworthy, helpful, friendly, and easy going, because this describes us as well.
I am an established high school teacher.
This house is safe, secure, stable and quiet so No smoking, No drugs, No pot, No heavy drinking or partying, No pets. No kids. No overnight guests.
No furniture needed.
The room comes with a single bed new mattress, dresser, TV and shelves. It's a small room with no closet, but with a great view of the mountains.
It's available April 10. The newly painted room is small, but cosy and cheerful with new Pergo floors.
I will select the most awesome candidate who is kind, responsible and easy going.
There is a $200 deposit with $100 refundable if you give me 30 days notice to leave w a clean room.
