I get a lot of responses so I will email you through CL and don’t give my # out. This house has recently been updated and looks much better than it does in these pics. I am seeking a clean, mature, male, responsible, NON-PARTIER and NON-SMOKER. Must have full-time job and/or school outside of home. Must not have criminal record (except for a driving offense). The rent is usually $800, but I will knock off $110 a month to $690 a month for a hand. That amount would include watering plants/turning outside lights on at night when I am out of town, and taking out the garbage across the street a few times a month. If you go over that $110 amount, I will pay you more. I pay a handyman to do things so I would pay you instead if there's things you can do. The deposit is $495 total. Bills are split by three. SRP, Cox internet high speed, and City, total is about $129ish each, all year round. I use Monthly Averaging with SRP so the bills don't go up in the summer months. The lease is for a minimum of 6 months, month-to-month thereafter.

Conveniently located minutes from the Greenbelt, Tempe Beach Town Lake, Sky Harbor Airport, Papago Park, hiking and bike trails, Phoenix Zoo, Botanical Gardens and right by the 202 and 101 freeways. Voted most fun zip code to live in - in the Arizona Republic! Just minutes from downtown Tempe/Mill Avenue, Old Town Scottsdale, Cubs and Dodgers Stadiums, Tempe Marketplace, Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Rio Salado Four Square malls! Private back corner room. Clean, quiet house with granite kitchen counter tops and travertine counters in bathrooms. I have my own bathroom so the other one is shared with one person. (Picture of spare bathroom listed in this ad). He has lived here for over 10 years and stays to himself, as do I. Very quiet home. Looking for someone who does not use the kitchen during the day (weekdays), as my office is next to it and I work from home a lot now. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, 2 side tables, a computer desk, computer chair and tall lamp. The bedroom is approximately 10 x 15. Computer hook-up and cable availability in room. I have doggies and a kitty, all very well behaved and dogs not barkers (only when someone knocks on door, which I want).
