About current tenants: We are all studying or working full time. Ages: Early/Mid 20s. We stay busy, but get along well when at home, so we are hoping to find someone who is responsible, friendly, and clean to fill the rooms.
Location: 1.1 mile from ASU / Less than a half-mile to Black Rock Coffee, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds / Less than a mile from Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Hummus Express, SaltFire Brewery Co Taphouse, Mill Avenue / 1.1 Mile from ASU (Arizona State University) / 3.6 Miles to Sky Harbor Airport.
