Internet, streaming services and driveway parking. Preferably someone that works from home. I’ll need help and if you’re at work it defeats the purpose. I have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs. Very gentle. I’m not gay and not really concerned if you are. Just not interested in having another male in my home. Pretty easy going and not open to smokers. I’m cool 420 but not cigarettes.
