4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen open on a large
dining area. The bedroom as well as the house are fully furnished and
equipped. Linen is available (out of state students do not need to bring
or purchase sheets, blankets, towels, etc.) The kitchen is equipped for
cooking (dishes, pots, dish washer, garbage disposal, microwave, etc.).
A gas BBQ grill and outdoor sitting is also available. Brand new washer
and dryer, are available as well as iron, ironing table, etc. The house is
equipped with wireless internet.
The room is available. We follow ASU academic calendar and
a leases is possible until May 31, 2026 or August 30, 2026.
The rent is $600 a month plus utilities (split between tenants) for a one-year lease.
The other tenants are young professionals and ASU graduate students. The atmosphere
is very friendly yet calm and respectful of privacy.
No need to pay for expensive parking at ASU: the house is at an easy bike
riding distance from/to ASU and on the route of the free ORBIT Venus
Tempe shuttle. Parking is available at the house.
